Making a Scarf

Ok I have a question my question is I have Bernat Haven it's a luxurious alpaca blend so my question is I have 2 skeins of them that I got a while ago so the question is can I make a simple scarf out of it

Having enough yarn is always a worry when starting a new project with yarn at hand aka stash. Suggestion--check yardage and compare against what is listed on your pattern. If pattern doesn't list yardage then look up recommended yarn at a retailer and you be able to find the yardage. Good luck and I hope to see the finished project!

I often buy just two skeins of expensive yarn; it has always been sufficient for a not-too-wide scarf.

I agree with SylviaF. You can make a pretty nice scarf out of two skeins of most yarns.

 

When you run out of yarn, your scarf is done! At least, that's how I do it.

 

And if you want to trim it, with fringe or other stitches, a comparable yarn in another color works out great.

I agree with 2 skeins too. That will make a decent sized scarf
