Color Bright Creatures

I bought this book by Leisure Arts because I fell in love with some of the afghans in it. Im really trying to finish up some other things before I get started but it keeps calling out my name.

 

I made the mistake of showing it to my mother and sister. Mom wants a pig ghan cause she collects pigs. My sister wants the lion ghan cause she's a big cat freak. I want to make the frog ghan for my little girl and one for my grandma (both are frog nuts).

 

I havent given the book much more than a glance, but has anyone had any difficulty with the patterns?

I have that book and started the turtle afghan a couple of years ago. I compeltely forgot about it until someone here recently asked about turtle patterns.

 

I found the pattern to be easy to follow and acurate - and cute!

OMGosh! I forgot I even had that book. I bought it before I started crocheting...just cos the animals were so darn cute. Gotta dig it out.
