My Basic Potholder w~ Pattern Link

Here are two recent potholders I crocheted for some Christmas gifts. I used cotton yarn in both of these. This is a really basic potholder pattern that measures 9" x 8" and is double layer. It works well under a casserole dish as it's a bit bigger and longer than a normal potholder.

Very nice! I've made hot pads in larger rectangular shape to accommodate larger casserole dishes too. They're great!

Nice. I've done similar and they're so satisfactory! Like the way they wash, unlike so many hotpads.
