Bernat, Patons, and SugarNCream websites

Has anyone else noticed that these websites have changed their format and login. You can now save yarns, favorite patterns, etc. to your account. I also think it's funny that they now all have the exact same format. Are they owned by the same company and I just never knew it?

I did see that everyone is updating their websites which is good.

Bernat and Lily (Sugar N Cream) are owned by the same company. I don't know about Patons but it's possible.
