I also have this book and like it also. The pictures aren't very big but they are clear and because I do a lot of afghans for charity, having the multiples needed for each stitches is great because I can adjust the size, depending on the amount of yarn I have.

Thankyou for your replies. I bid on it and won it on Ebay. That's neat that it has some of the patterns from the Ripples book. I don't have that one yet either but think I might get it sometime. What is your opinion on that one?

Both are nice. They give the basic amount of stitches to start and work the pattern and leave it up to you to decide how wide and long you want to make the afghan or square. I refer to my ripple stitches a little more, but that is mostly because I keep forgetting I have the other. :lol

 

I do hope you get many hours of enjoyment from the book. :yes
