Crochet Hook Caddy

Today, I completed my first Christmas gift for 2008. I will NEVER make this thing again......lol!! The interior of this caddy is worked in a spiral, tight and smooth. A total pain in the butt until it's done. Then you wonder why you were so frustrated. The exterior takes about 40 minutes. I skipped the cardboard insert simply because I didn't have one handy. I don't think it makes a difference.

The pic is taken in front of a 1o inch box fan for perspective. I left a ridge around the edge for stitch counters to hang from. Before giving it as a gift, I will add counters, hooks and a new pair of scissors.
