It's also called a "G+" hook. I have a size 7 that came with a Debbie Mumm kit I bought a couple of weeks ago. I think it's a Bates hook.

This is a hard hook to find. However, Clover makes one that is bamboo and Susan Bates makes one. HTH

If you have a Rag Shop around I know they sell it. It is a Susan Bates though. I'm not sure if AC Moore or Michaels sell them. If you want I could buy on for you & mail it to you.

I bought one about 2 weeks ago at AC Moore. Its a Susan Bates size 7.
