What I meen is that the shells weren't lining up like I thought they should but Ifigured it out, just a blond mistake 9well I'm a dirty blond but whatever)! Thanks Guys!

What is it looking like that makes you think you are doing something wrong? Row 9 is in the front loops only and this will start the upturn of the body of the bag. In Row 11 you will be starting the wave pattern. The ripple or wave pattern is a series of increase/decrease. I hope this helps a bit, I'm not sure about what you're asking.
