I want to make a summer poncho. I am going to use the pattern on LB for the Incredible Poncho. I would like a very light weight yarn. Something very summery. Anyone have any ideas??? :think

Definately use Microspun! It comes in all kinds of fun, bright, summery colors and is very lightweight & super soft! It's my favorite! Use an H thru K hook and it'll be awesome!

I made that for my daughter using the LB Incredible Ribbon. It turned out light and swanky.

Looking at the picture, one of my first thoughts was a boucle - in particular the Rainbow Sensations from Joann's. I just did a simple poncho using this and it turned out very soft and light. I added eyelash yarn at the top and bottom for an added effect.
