Recycle Plastic mineral water (free pattern)

I have tried to post it yesterday. But I have problem with my comp

 

So try again today. Just want to share a recycle project of mine. From plastic mineral water, but I think we can use another plastic bottle.

 

Dont know is anyone has made it, but it's a new thing for me. The idea came when I saw too many plastic bottles in my home.
