Country Music Fans, HELP

I have so many projects going on, It's nuts. BUT, I am hoping someone out there is a Shania Twain fan..I'm not, but in one her videos (the one called Forever and Always) she is wearing this top. I'm not sure if it's knitted or crocheted, I am sure it could be either. But, I am hoping someone out there has or can find a pattern. It's such an interesting top. I thought I had it figured out, but then I saw the back of it. YIKES! We are going on a Cruise next May and I would love to make a top likes this to include in my luggage HELP ME PLEASE!!! lol I'm not kicking my butt to get in shape for nothing!

I don't have a pattern, but if I remember correctly I think I heard on CMT that is was actually a scarf they sewed together to make the top.

It looks pretty simple from the front. I mean it could be a scarf..but the back is what gets me. I'll have to give it a go again and try it. Thanks!
