-Is it in Tunisian/Afghan stitch?

-Done all in one piece?

-Yarn carried on the back instead of cutting after each color?

 

A gal I have been talking with is curious about the pattern and I cannot be of much help since I do not have this pattern. Any info will be greatly appreciated.

The afghan is worked side to side, starting with the squares, not vertically. Work the red, green and blue squares,yarn is carried, then the apple part. You use bobbins of color for the apples. The leaves are worked separately and attached with embroidery detail.

I have the book "A Year of Afghans, Book #15" that the pattern is in. I bought it last year, but I doubt that I'll ever get around to making even half of the afghans that I have patterns for. If you want to PM me with your address, I would be happy to send you the book. I doubt I'll ever find the time to make all of the afghans that I have patterns for.
