Seeking Ideas

I have a cousin who just had twins. I'm making name blankets for the babies. Was wondering if there is something I can make for the mom. She and her husband are stationed in Guam.

Maybe a pillow, out of soft yarn? It might be something she can rest her back against in that 2 seconds of time she'll get to sit down

 

Or some soft slippers or socks?

Does she read? How about book markers.

Does she like to collect things? How about a nice felted bowl.

How about a purse or felted bag?

Being in Guam, you have to be careful, because it is hot and humid there.

How about a 'Pamper Mom' basket. You could do washcloths, a back scrubber....things like that, and maybe add some handmade soaps, lotions.

 

This may be kinda weird or too personal, but is she nursing? Not sure how well it would work, but why couldn't you use cotton and make her some nursing pads she could wash and reuse.......?
