My first felting!

This is my first attempt at felting. I've been wanting to try it since I joined Crochetville. This site has that effect on me.

 

So I got Patons Classic Merino Wool for Christmas and this is what I did with it! I'm really pleased with how well it worked out. Thanks to all who have added their in various threads here. I did a lot of searching for tips before trying it.

 

It really is black. The flash made a couple pictures look gray.

Thank you! I couldn't find a pattern that fit the style I wanted. I finally made it up as I went. I frogged the first part 3 times before I got it how I wanted it.
