wonderful yarn haul at a busness garage sale

Hi:

 

I just had the most wonderful bargain ever!!!

My hubby and I went to this busness garage sale in a small town, where a whole bunch of busnesses get together and have a big sale once a year.

I just walked in the door and spotted two bins of yarn.

One bin had fancy stuff but in the other bin there was redheart and a whole bunch of baby yarn tlc brand.

Everything was $1.00 or 8 skeins for 10.00.

 

So how's a person to resist????

I bought out all the baby yarn and ended up with 43 skeins!!!!!!!!!

Whoopee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

P.s.

I had to leave out the redheart worsted weight, cause i pic ked up so much of the baby stuff, but I had lots of redheart stuff anyway. Things kind of add up, ya know!!!!

LOL...I was thinking the same thing. i read it like four times thinking I was reading it wrong!

How is 8 for 10 a great deal when you can get them for $1.00 each? lol Might as well get 10 at the $1.00 rate...I bet it's a typo right? 10 for 8 maybe?

Hey ladies:

No you did not read this wrong. The yarn was a dollar each.

But he also was selling 8 skeins for $10.00.

The guy was a busness man after all.

Besides it was cheaper than spending $3.38 a skein in walmart up here in Canada.

Wish I could have bought more!!!!!
