look at what i found!

i went to the thrift store and got these goodies for about $9.

 

there are 3 skiens of green and 3 skiens of blue:yarn . the needle craft book is from 1959.sorry for the fuzzy pic. camera battery is almost dead.

Very cool haul. Congratulations! I have a copy of that Knitting & Crochet book with the three men in a tub on the cover. Oddly, I just recommended it to another C'viller who is looking for nursery rhyme themed pieces!

thank you ladies. i'm always on the lookout for more goodies at the thrift stores.that yarn was 25 and 50 cents piece and the hooks were a quarter.
