Help with trc increase?

I am working on the "Teensey Capelet" from Vickie Howell's website. It's a free pattern that can be found here. I'm not sure I understand completely round 4...

 

Round 4: Ch 4. Trc in next 13 sts. Increase by trc TWICE in next st. Trc in

next 27 sts. Increase in next st. Trc to end. Join rnd with a sl st.

 

Does that just mean to trc twice in the same st? I know, I'm probably asking a stupid question but I don't want to do it wrong and then have to go back and fix it, LOL!

That is what it sounds like to me

That's what it means! Do 2 tc in same stitch for the increase. Then one tc in the next 27 st and then 2 tc in the next (28th) st. Here is a site to explain increases.
