pattern help please

Question

I am supposed to sc in the freeloops. Problem is that I don't know where the free loops are in this pattern.. its the bottom row that I am questioning. sorry the pics are so big, but I wanted people to see the detail so i could get some help. TIA! ( idon't know how to do clickable pics otherwise I would.

Those look like cross stitches, correct? Look at the bottom, everywhere you put a stitch, you used the top two loops. Whatever loop is left over, on each stitch, that's your free loop.

 

I've highlighted the ones I could see, here:

awesome thats what I was guessing, but when I looked up free loops in the back of the book it wasn't showing what I expected Thanks!!!

its from Afghans for all seasons book four. here is the pic from the book. hopefully it will look like that when I am done. it's all double crochets really. the main part is the edging.
