Western Michigan shops?

I will be spending a few days next week in Holland Michigan. Are there any good shops in the area? We will be driving in from Chicago, so anything to the south or even slightly north would be great. Thanks!

There is a shop in Zeeland (right next to Holland) that is going out of business. Everything is 50% off. You may want to check out what they've got before you buy it some where else for more. The name of the shop is "It's Stitching Time".

The very nicest one in Holland is Lizzie Anns, but for basic yarn go to the Singer sewing shop in down town Holland

If you come by Grand Rapids way, there is a great one in Eastown called City Knits, another good one in Kalamazoo is called Handweavers...
