Bathing/swim suits

Anyone make a bathing or swim suit? What type of yarn is best? A friend asked me to make one.

A cotton or cotton thread would work, but you would have to line the suit. I have wanted to try one, myself, but already have too many projects started.

the best yarn really is a cotton with elastic or lycra in it, elann.com has one caled esprit http://elann.com/productdisp.asp?NAME=elann%2Ecom+Esprit&Season=&Company=&Cat=ALLY&ProductType=5&OrderBy=+Order+By+ShortFibre&Count=40 and cascade makes one called fixations, but it is a little pricier
