After sending 2 e-mails, a week apart, I finally got one today (generated by PayPal) saying I was being given a partial refund for something they sold out of... and the list of my ordered things said the ship date was 5/5. No confirmation of shipping or any packages as of yet...

I got an email on Friday saying it was shipping out then, but I haven't seen it yet. I would call them - the lady there is VERY nice to talk to. She'll look it up and tell you exactly what's going on.

I haven't recieved my order yet either. I sent an e-mail yesterday sometime to see if/when it was to be shipped. I hope I get it soon! I can't wait to start some new projects.

I got my order today (minus 2 books that sold out before they could send me a copy) BUT I'm thrilled with the rest & just don't know where to start!!

Finally got an e-mail from them...it shipped on the 30th, so we'll see how long it takes to get here, and what's missing.
