I need help deciding

A while ago I finally got my order of Caron Simply Soft. Now living in Australia, we don't have access to this yarn...so I ordered it from the US, and waited 9 weeks to have it posted to me.

 

I finally have it, 20 skeins each of Off-White and Sage.

 

Trouble is, I'm having a real lot of trouble deciding what to make with it. I know I want to make an afghan/blanket, but I'm unsure of what pattern to use. There's also the problem that if I run out...that's it, I can't get anymore.

 

As it's such a special yarn to me, I want to make something beautiful, and I've been looking around for ideas, but nothing seems good enough to me...

 

Does anyone have any afghan/blanket patterns that are particularly special to them?
