Decorating Ideas???

My daughter has been working on her room and while I was getting yarn for a baby blanket the other day she found some yarn that she loved. Now the problem, I have no idea what to do with it. She wants me to make something for her room, she said something cute and fun(lol). Any ideas would be appreciated. It has to be small things, no blankets or curtains or anything very big. Thank You

I think maybe the Lily website has some very cute flower shaped pillows that might give you some ideas you can adapt to the yarn you have...an afghan maybe or a crochet basket?

I've also seen floor cushions (I think it's in Last Minute Knitted Gifts, which is knitting but you could do easily the same thing with crochet) Or you could even do a chair cushion and matching pillow.

 

Or a rug. I'm working on the Bath Mat in One Skein and it's a great one.

 

Felted bowls are another idea, or a pouch where she can store things.

pillows, stuffed animals, plant hangers (with a stuffed animal in the pot), i have a baby pattern book with lots of cute little stuff.

crochetme.com has that super simple heart shaped pillow pattern, or you could always just do a cute stuffed animal. or some other funky kinda pillow.

Thank you guys so much. You gave me so many great ideas and places to look, now I have a different problem!!! How to decide on just one thing lol. I may end up looking for some more funky colors to match her room.
