Flowers for Kelley's Head Hat

Shock! Horror! I'VE DESIGNED ANOTHER HAT! Who knew I had this in me? Certainly not me, I'm kinda boggled here as to where these ideas are coming from.

 

I made this one for yet another Australian friend also currently freezing in wintery Britain. She was hoping for a warm hat, but I'm not sure it'll keep her noggin as warm as she'd like. It's made out of heat-trapping New Zealand and Australian wools, but that flower lace pattern is sure to let the breeze in, no?

 

Ah well, no matter. At least it's pretty. No - really, it is VERY pretty. The photos don't do it justice.
