earflap hat

Hey, I'm looking for bulky-weight-yarn patterns for warm winter hats, particularly earflap hats. Most of the patterns I've found are for worsted-weight yarn.. I'm talking Bulky or Super Bulky yarn instead, and not really open-pattern hats...

Hat's are REALLY easy to design-as-you-go when you start at the top. If you want to give it a try, lots of us could help walk you through it.

hi try lion brands site. they have a couple using the thick wool, but you could use the thick yarn that isn't wool. they were just posted and i found them tonight. vicki:wave
