:cheer Yes, Luvmnms is right.

You may have been doing increasing or decreasing so they are telling you to just work straight, without doing any more increases or decreases.

Work even is not an expression I would use when writing a pattern.

I would be more inclined to say, "Rows 9 to 32, Continue in pattern without increasing/decreasing." I know it is more words but I think it is much easier to understand.

Experienced crocheters can work most things out so patterns should be written with beginners in mind.

That's one of the great things about Crochetville; if you're not experienced in a certain technique, you can always find someone who is and will gladly help explain it. Someone always seems to know where to find the best patterns. It's like having a best friend ready to help you.
