A Prairie Home Companion Movie

The pink shawl worn by the Meryl Streep character which her daughter grabs before she gets on the stage...it's a very pretty, lacy shawl with long fringes.

 

Has anyone seen this movie? I'm a huge GK fan, so of course I had to go see it. The average age of the audience was considerably higher than when I went to see X-Men.

I love the radio show and just started seeing commercials for the movie. Is it any good?

I saw the movie this past Monday. My friend, who is a raging Robert Altman fan, took me to see it. It was a lot of fun! And yes, I noticed the shawl (how could any crocheter NOT notice it? ) and thought it was lovely.
