Booties

Question

Hello everyone,

 

my mom has picked up crocheting and asked me if i knew of a patteren for baby booties. So far she has only made scarfs so she needs something simple. Any help would be nice, thanks

This is my favorite booties pattern.. It is simple and the size it true to size for a baby.

I always enjoy embellishing them with ribbon.. different trim along the cuff and for little baby girls l enjoy putting ribbon roses etc on the upper toe part. They are als very cute just the way they are.. Think your mom will enjoy this pattern.. She can whip up a pair in less then a day... I know because I can make a pair in less then 1 hour. There is also a cute hat pattern that would look nice to go with this and it is also easy.. Just email me if you want that one also.

I've made them a few times. They're not my favorites, but they do work up quickly & easily.

They're not booties, they're socks, but they're a good size & they don't kick off easily. They're also very easy to adapt once you have the basic pattern down.
