Looking for pattern

Hello! 

   I've been interested in doing this pattern I found on reddit. 

I am looking just for the caterpillar itself and not the food. I can only find stuffed toys or themed baby clothing. I have crochet food already made and thought this was a cute idea as a gift. 

Any help would be much appreciated!!
