Afghans in Vintage TV Program

Watching the Twilight Zone (original from 1964) on MeTV last night, I saw 2 afghans in a scene in a bedroom. One was a Granny Square afghan on the bed and the other was a Chevron afghan thrown over the back of a high-back chair. Comes to show how some things never go out of style.

I saw some vintage crocheted blankets recently on the Rifleman and Wagon Train. It is fun to see them and think how long the traditions of crocheted blankets have been around. I just love spotting them on old shows.
