Question
AbigailPritt
Hi,
I am doing a pattern where the following instructions are given and I just can not work out what they mean...
I have finished round 3 with 18 stitches and round 4 says : 1dc, 2dc in next st, (2dc, 2dc in next st) five times, 1 DC [24 sts].
I understand that in stitch 1 I do 1 double crochet and then the next stitch is 2 DC but not sure what the brackets mean or which part I do 5 times because no matter how I figure it I end up with more than 24 stitches.
