Following Crochet Pattern

I purchased this crochet pattern a few months ago and can't seem to follow it. I was wondering if someone could help explain it or know a video tutorial on how to follow a pattern like this?

After reading the notes there this is a corner to corner pattern.  Have you ever worked one of those?  Its actually a modified (mini) C2C.

Basically you start by making one block which is your first corner.  Next row you make 2 blocks.  Rows are worked diagonally.  The first two pages from above  show the color and number of blocks in each row.  Inside each color block it tells color and how many blocks of that color to make.  Pages 3 and 4 is telling you the same thing as first two pages but in words.
