Bonjour Chever,

I'm sorry, I do not speak French so I hope that Google Translate can help you read my post.

The instructions say the eyes and tongue (and I assume mouth also) are not crocheted, they are cut out of 'felt', which (in the USA) is available in craft stores.

Cut half ovals of felt for eyes. Glue or sew into place.
Cut out half oval of black for mouth, cutting notches out to fit underneath nose.
Cut out pink felt for tongue, cut out white felt for tooth. Glue or sew all mouth pieces into place.

"Felt" has more than one meaning in English.  This pattern means felt =  a fabric or cloth that is not woven, but is made of compressed fibers, originally wool but now more likely man-made fiber.  You can cut felt into shapes that will not unravel like woven fabric would.  In the US they are available to purchase by-the-yard or in squares.  Example, these projects are made of felt--I hope this helps you recognize it.
