What is the softest baby yarn?

DH's niece is pregnant and I want to make a baby blanket for her. I think I know what pattern I'll use, but can't decide on the yarn. I want something really soft--acrylic so it's usable/washable, and #3 weight. What's your favorite?

Baby Hugs by Red Heart is pretty soft, comes in 18 colors and not too pricey.

Baby Soft by Lion Brand was soft for a sweater set I made. Lots of colors too.

Hobby Lobby has several 3-weight yarns but I've not used them since there's not a Hobby Lobby close to me.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll see if Walmart carries the baby hugs and check out the lion brand on line.
