Halloween afghan pattern help

Hello! I am starting a Halloween afghan and for some reason am having difficulty with the direction that says, "corner in next tr...". I am not sure what "corner" means. It is round 3. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is what I think.   Go back and look at round two in between the brackets which is followed by the word corner in parentheses.  I think in round 3 when they say corner they want you to go back and follow the directions inside those brackets except you are working into tr instead of dc.  They are using the word corner through out the rest of the pattern as the abbreviation for the instructions within the brackets in round 2.

Agree--see in round 2, where the word corner is in ( ), the stuff that goes before that is the corner, so it it defining the term there.  Some patterns will be a little clearer and say blah blah (corner made) to be a little clearer that it is defining "corner" as a shortcut term for further rounds.

Thank you! I have been crocheting for a few years and this is first time I have seen directions like this. The square seems to look right correct now.
