What is this stitch?

I made this scarf for someone and they want another one, but I cannot remember what the pattern is.  I know it's not the best picture, but does anyone know this stitch?

Looks to be Popcorn stitch to me also. Maybe this link to a Lion Brand pattern will help refresh your memory on the stitch.
