Looks like it's American. I know 'bride' in French is dc, so that matches the English column.

 

In addition to that, wouldn't it be nice to have a list of members somewhere, and the language they can help with? I'm certainly available to help with any French pattern. But I've had Russian and Japanese patterns in the past and was at a loss!
