Easy-peasy Toddler Cowl

Found a great pattern this morning and instantly whipped it up for Felicia, as she doesn't currently have a scarf or something similar (plus she has a great long cardigan in maroons and yellows and needed something to match it).

Its sooo easy. Uses WW yarn, an N hook and dc stitches. Gives a nice loose cowl. I used some ILTY I had left over.
