Men's winter hat with chunky yarn

Ducky GB

Question

Hello all. :hi

I'm looking to make my dad a hat for Christmas and want to use a different pattern this year. Looking for a simple winter hat, but not in the beanie style. I have a 2 skeins of chunky LB Wool Ease (I think thats what it is). Something that isn't too open of a weave.

I'm having a heck of a time finding such a pattern! Can any of you ladies help?:wbrr:snow

I would still look at ravelry..on the left you can choose your yarn weight. Look at patterns and see if people have posted their projects and what their comments are too!

I have made this one http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/binnacle-watch-cap

this one looks like one I will try!

This is with super bulky but could easily be changed for just bulky yarn..not sure which you have
