Selling finished products?

Lately, I've been crocheting scarves from pattern I've found on Lionbrand. People have been asking me if I sell my scarves. Does anyone know if you can sell scarves made from pattern that aren't yours? If so, I think I might have something.

It's usually listed in the ToU attached to the copyright statement. I'm sure LionBrand has it's own policy - I just don't know what it is. If it's not listed on the website then just shoot them an email and ask.

As of 11/30/11, Lion Brand grants permission to sell items made from any patterns to which they own the copyright (official Lion Brand patterns). Sometimes they are allowed to post pattern excerpts from books, and you'd need to contact that publisher to see about their policies.

I like that about Lion Brand - I think Red Heart used to also grant permission but I can't find the statement anymore.
