Testers Found, Owl Headband. thanks!

Hi Everyone,

 

The next pattern in the It's a Hoot series is now available for testing. This time I have worked a headband or ear warmer in the Owl Cable pattern. The cabling design creates 4 "owls" around the forehead and is tapered at the nape of the neck for comfort. This is not a beginner pattern due to the cabling design, and knowledge of front post crochet is assumed. Also, foundation single crochet is used, but a photo tutorial is included for the fsc.

 

 

The Headband measures 20” Around X 4.25” at Forehead X 2.5” at Nape of neck. It requires approximately 2 ounces of Caron Simply soft, an H hook (or size needed for gauge) and 8 buttons. Also, a stitch marker and a small bit of dental floss for attaching buttons.

 

I would like to have the headband tested over the next few days, so would like to have it completed by 11/30/11. However, I am flexible on the timeline. If you need a few extra days please let me know.
