??? about afghan ;

Hey all

I am almost done with 2 bubble pink afghans

I got some lavender yarn and a lighter pink yarn to make flowers for the edging maybe a little in a group in the center of the afghan.

Wondering.

About green leaves;

Does one always have to put leaves with flowers??

or can one leave out the leaves and just use the flowers.

maybe something ate all the leaves in between the flowers???? thanks hugs sheila

I would do just flowers if that is what you want to do!! Flowers w/out leaves look great IMO

Make just flowers without leaves, then make an inchworm and sew him on there and just blame him for the lack of leaves!

Flowers without leaves are fine, IMO. I'm currently making a scrap afghan made up of flower squares -- all different -- and from scouring all my pattern books, leaflets, and magazines, there are very few flower squares that have leaves. In fact, most of the flower patterns -- some of which I designed -- I choose to call fantasy flowers because they are not botanically correct. Let your imagination rule!
