Really dumb question...

 

I saw this yarn today at Joanns, it says 100% wool. Also I couldnt see that it said "superwash" or anything. It was $9.00 for 6-8 ozs....

 

So can this be felted?

Yep And you can dye it too!

Yup - I ordered 4 skeins from LB a while back and have three of them ready to be died if I ever get the time to get that done!! I think I am going to do 2 with Koolaid and the other two with wool dye...I found some cool squeeze bottles (like they use for hair coloring or sometimes catsup was served in them on the table way back when - clear with a pointed tip). I didn't really like the idea of a turkey baster and didn't have one anyway. I can mix up my koolaid in put it in the bottles and hopefully just paint away on the yarn! I think I got 12 of the bottles for like $4-5, so they were pretty reasonable!

Did you see the felted bag I made a couple weeks ago? I used that yarn. I really like the way it turned out. Have fun felting!
