Shades of Purple Scarf -- Revamped

Okay... so it's not all shades of purple, but it really stood out. I love this yarn. It's Trendsetter Yarns' Tonalita in Chocolate Raspberry. I used almost 3 whole skeins of yarn. I used the free pattern at http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/2110815/free_pattern_one_skein_scarf_to_crochet.html?cat=24&com=3#comments. It's supposed to be a one-skein scarf, but the skeins I used are small. I loved the pattern, though, and I added an edging to it. It's a gift for my best friend. I'm tempted to make another one for myself. That's the trouble with my hobby! LOL. Hope you like it

2/8/2011: I was not happy with the end result and revamped the scarf. It has been given new life as an infinity scarf. It's the last picture. My friend loves it
