Does anyone know of a baby sizes chart?

So i can figure out what size my stuff is?

 

I'm making booties that the pattern claims are newborn size, but they look pretty big. this isn't a problem, since sciene claims many newborn eventually become larger, but I'm trying to seperate them into sets (bootie/hat sets) and I'd like to be able to measure and figure out what size each of them are.

 

is there a chart saying how long/how big around each size should be? I think i used to have such a chartm but it was a print out my home ec teacher gave me and its been years.
