Bobble in ch-1 sp 2 rows below

I'm a beginner at crocheting and in the pattern I'm working on, I honestly do not understand what that means. Could anyone help me decipher it?

Are you still perplexed? I noted Kathy posted a link to a pattern she thinks might be the one causing you problems. Is her link to the right pattern? Looking at what you are looking at gives us a much better shot at helping you.

Anyone able to explain this!  I know how to make a crochet bobble. Confused about “2 rows below”.

You are taking your hook and placing it into a ch space two rows below the row you are currently working on and then completing your bobble.

^ What she said.  This will make the bobble 'pop out' more, because it will be made on top of the front surface of the row below your current one.  The pattern had you leave the chain space 2 rows below on purpose, to work this bobble around it 2 rows later.

If you are a beginner, have you ever worked "into" a chain space before?  Normally this means to work around the chain space, by sticking your hook "in the air" under the chain, and form the stitch around the chain like you would stick your hook under the 2 loops of a "regular" stitch and make a stitch around those 2 loops.
