Back to crocheting

I took a much needed break but started a new Christmas project yesterday and even bought a skien of yarn.

So working on two things right now. Nothing big this year doing a few smaller projects.

Found the cutiest little stuffed puppies to make my two grand nephews that I am also excited about.

Sometimes I think we have to take a break from crocheting and do other things, but coming back is like going home. Enjoy your projects and have fun with it.

Welcome back to crocheting.

I tend to work different crafts in periods of 5-10 years.

It's understandable that you needed a break and are turning to simpler projects. Big ones can be so daunting... I find that they stare at me accusingly for not finishing them and reading or watching TV instead. So they're buried underneath yarn and granny squares in my stash box. That'll show 'em.

So true I have been making afghans for years and nothing but afghans. lol My sister says she has so many it takes her 15 minutes to figure out which one to use.

So no more afghans for a while.
