You could try the Knitty Coffeeshop. I'm a member there, though I don't post anywhere near as much as I do here.

I visit both of the above mentioned links...more as a lurker and to look for free pattern links than anything else. I really can't knit to speak of.

I hear Knitty mag is good too...i'm trying to recall that popular formum lots of knitters go to. Errr. <<head scratching>>

I like Knitting Help and will go there for the videos when I get extra time to learn knitting.

The woman that owns the site is an Amy, too...although hers is spelled differently that yours.

Check out the Knitting forums on Craftster:

There are some very creative people there, and the knitting forums are some of the most active on the Craftster site, which features lots of craft boards, including a crochet area.

Oh, yes, and the head of Knitty is Amy if my memory serves me correctly.

For awhile, I thought everybody who crocheted had to be named some sort of Patricia, because I kept getting Encouragements and Testimonials, Tips and Tricks, and emails submitted to my site from lots of Pats, Patricias, Trish's, Tricia's, and what not!

(I know that's not the case, but it seemed like it!)
