Shopping Bag

I made the "Super Self-pouching String Shopping Bag" that I saw online (pattern by Deborah Burger.)

 

I used yarn instead of string (sport weight) because I had some bits laying around and I changed colors when I ran out of one color.

 

It's a neat pattern and I'd like to try it the "real" way sometime (actually checking my gauge and using string instead of yarn.)

Great Job! I made this bag this weekend also and did a little variation as well. I wanted the base bigger and used scrap cotton yarn that I had so mine is orange and off-white.
