Ankle Warmers

No fair laughing at pitiful old grammas with their pants rolled up to show the ankle warmers I made. I just love these. Hardly a pattern. Just a square of dcs with three strands of yarn and three buttons. My ankles really get cold and these are so toasty. I had made wrist warmers first but have no picture of them. I really like wrist warmers.

I won't make fun of you at all! At 32 I have a bum ankle from an old injury that acts up in the cold...I have been thinking I need to make some for myself!!

Thanks. I hope you guys can use the idea. And I think I am going to get to wear mine soon. The weather here in northern Alabama seems to be plummeting.

I'll not laugh either Rider! -As an upper midwesterner, crocheting away cold parts seems sound and sensible to me!...The time to laugh, is the day I dare show off a crocheted nose-warmer! -No plans yet, but who nose knows when that might happen once winter sets in! Your ankle warmers are very innovative, very well done, and you wear them well.
